Video: Lack of accountability & transparency derails progress in Africa: Transparency International

Chantal Uwimana, Regional Director of Africa, Transparency International has called for more accountability and transparency from local government officials across the region. She said failure to account was one of the many aspects derailing progress in the continent. CNBC Africa’s Trust Matsilele spoke to Chantal Uwimana about this at the Africities summit.
